Request Crewcapade account deletion

You can request deletion here even if you have uninstalled Crewcapade. Provide the account email and state that you want your account deleted. The operator must verify that the request is yours before removing it.

Deletion removes your sign-in identity, profile and memberships and withdraws your entries, reversing their points. Evidence is hidden and queued for active-file deletion. Shared season settings/challenges and score history without your profile remain. Previously issued media links can work for up to five minutes. Provider backups and copies saved by others are outside active-storage cleanup.

Requests are reviewed by the operator; ownership verification and any unresolved legal retention issue may affect completion time. Hosted verification email setup is currently pending in the private pilot. We do not promise deletion before verification. See the privacy notice for retention and contact options.

Your request is saved privately for the operator. We may contact you at the email you provide to verify ownership or clarify your request. A request does not immediately delete an account.

Do not include passwords, sign-in codes, identity documents or photos/videos. For immediate danger, contact local emergency services.
